Dear Parents
Christmas Celebration DVD – The Parents and Friends Association (PFA) arranged for a DVD to be produced of the Christmas Celebration. This will be on sale for £12 and will be available after school on 16 December and on 17 December. If you would like to order a copy please complete the attached slip and return it to school with the payment by Monday 12 December. Cheques should be made payable to Holy Rood Catholic Infant School PFA.
Children’s Hot Christmas Meal – Friday 10 December. If you have not ordered and paid for a school meal please send in your child with a packed lunch from home. School uniform should be worn as normal.
After-school Clubs – There will be no after-school clubs next week. Information about next term’s clubs will be sent home in a separate letter.
Cygnet Catering - Meals order forms and payment must be returned by Wednesday 15 December.
Children’s Christmas Party – Thursday 16 December. The children do not have to wear school uniform. The normal meal arrangements will apply, so please send in your child’s lunch from home if he/she usually has a packed lunch.
School Christmas Holiday – The Infant and Junior Schools will close at 1.00pm on 17 December. The school buses to West Swindon buses will collect the children from the Infant School at 1.00pm and then the Junior School. If you do not want your child to travel home on the bus at this earlier time, please let
Mrs Boyles or Mrs Lepore know.
Tuesday 4 January will be a staff development day and the school will be closed for the children. The Junior School will also be closed on this day.
The children should return to school on Wednesday 5 January.
